Site use
This site provides general administrative contact, scheduling coordination, client communication, and document portal assistance. You agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and avoid submitting malicious code, impersonating another person, interfering with the site, or attempting unauthorized access.
Administrative requests
Submitting the contact form does not guarantee a particular response time or outcome. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account credentials, full financial account numbers, or confidential documents through the form. We may route a request to an appropriate ML Mortgage Corp representative when needed to respond.
Transactional and administrative text-message terms
The optional text-message program is used for transactional and administrative communications, such as appointment coordination, request follow-up, document portal notices, and client-care updates. It is not a promotional text-message program.
You enroll only by affirmatively selecting the optional checkbox on the contact form. Consent is not required to submit the form. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. After a STOP request, you may receive a final confirmation message. You may enroll again only through a new affirmative request. Your mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of it and may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date. To the extent permitted by law, ML Mortgage Corp and Jamal Akber are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.
Third-party systems
The site may depend on operational service providers for hosting, form processing, client records, security, or message delivery. Their systems may be subject to separate terms and availability.

These terms are governed by applicable United States and California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
